

Sit back and relax.... take a deep breath.... and exhale.... and take another deep breath and exhale from the pit of the stomach.... letting go of the stress of the day.... letting it roll off your shoulders.... down your arms and out of your fingertips.... into the Earth.... Taking one last deep breath.... all the way in.... and exhale.... letting go of any worries or concerns just letting your troubles fade into the distance.... until they become a pinpoint and then vanish.... all the while allowing every cell of your body to remain calm and relaxed.... aware of each incoming breath.... and outgoing breath.... just resting in the arms of Divine Mother.... allowing Her presence to gently cradle you.... safe and warm in Her arms.... resting as long as you need to.... until we meet.... blessings to you dear One!
